J'lang was a male Klingon sculptor. A student of the famed artist Dolmorr, J'lang was commissioned by Chancellor Martok to design and create a memorial to the allied veterans of the Dominion War on planet Narendra III. He worked with his assistant Perrih. J'lang was a cousin of Lieutenant Koth of the IKS Tcha'voth.
