Cameron Kirsten's father was a retired army colonel and he sent young Cameron to military school. After Cameron was finished there, he started his own company, Kirsten Incorporated, which his father, at first, funded. In 2003, Cameron arrived at the Newman ranch to give Nicholas Newman a job offer: to be the Chief Operating Officer of Kirsten Incorporated. Nick later told Sharon Newman about it. Victor Newman visited Cameron later, ordered him to retract the offer and threatened him if he didn't.
