Boil chestnuts in large quantity of hot water until cooked. Remove the outer and inner shells. Mash chestnuts, then strain through sieve to ensure a smooth texture. Add remaining ingredients and mix well until thickened. Stuff the mixture into small decorative molds, and unmold to serve. This recipe yields 40 sweets. Yield: 40 pieces
