Izluchinsk (Finn. Isiluka) is a small Uralican city located in eastern Yugra, 15 kilometres northwest of the Pasol border crossing and roughly the same distance east of Nizhnevartovsk. After Talka-Salya and Raduzhnyy, it is Uralica's third-easternmost city. Highways UH-35 and UH-36 also meet in the city, with the former connecting it to Nizhnevartovsk and the communities in the east along the Vakh River, and the latter running north through the aforementioned Raduzhnyy.
