The Office of Naval Intelligence Black Operations Group (formally known as the UNSC Military Intelligence Division Black Operations Group, better known as the Black Operations Group, and acronymed as BlackOpGru or BOG), was a subordinate branch of Section Three of the Office of Naval Intelligence, responsible for Black Operations. It was headed by Captain Aaron Gibson until his death in 2550. It was the hands-on-wet counterpart of the Covert Operations Group led by Rear Admiral Ned Rich.
