Tree frogs can differ greatly. There are many different species which mostly live in jungles and rain forests, but occasionally some will venture into gardens and even houses. Tree frogs such as the White's (Litoria caerulea) and the American green (Hyla cinerea) are often bred in captivity. Scientists fear that before we even discover some species of tree frog, they will become extinct. Deforestation is the main issue concerning their rapid decline.
