The Andalite-Yeerk Peace and Cooperation Center was a facilty that acted like an embassy and was located on the Yeerk Homeworld and next to a major Yeerk Pool known as the Sulp Niar Pool. As a result of Seerow's Kindness, the Yeerks led by the Council of Thirteen betrayed the Andalites, and began to run rampant across the galaxy. This was the start of the Andalite-Yeerk War.
