Scrolls of charging are scrolls that, when read, can be used to replenish the charges of a wand. An uncursed scroll adds 2-6 charges; a blessed scroll adds 3-9 charges; a cursed scroll will result in 1-3 more charges. Wands of wishing are immune to effects of the scroll.
