The Race::1999 Hoosier Lottery 100 was a CRA Super Series event held at Track::Anderson Speedway on April 24, 1999. It was the season opener. Defending series champ Brian Rievley proved he would have a stout 1999 season, leading every lap in route to victory. Brian Ross, who would indeed wind up defeating Rievley for the 1999 championship, didn't fall too far behind Rievley by being the runner-up.
