The building was shown in full some time later, although it had changed to a more rustic look. It had become the target or League of Super-Evil Villains members Windy Wallis and Doctor Genius, who were on the run from S.P.E.A.R.. In order to keep the law away, the criminals took hostages, including the Dean of the university. For added protection, Wallis used a weather machine to create a number of traps, including a tornado launcher and a room filled with ice. They also obtained two EggRobo Badniks and fitted them with Genius' shield backpacks.
