The Divine Revenge Ring was or is a Seoulpa Ring in Seattle. It is led by Karen Pok Moon. The female ring leader has a special hatered for the Shotozumi-gumi, which killed her father, and she also has strong ties to Tian Campbell, the former major of Bellevue who is known to be secretly her lover.
