Walter Hanson AKA Thomas Charles AKA "Asshole" is the sperm donor that produced Amy/Austin Maguire. He is a baseline conman that came up with the idea of seducing a Devisor, then stealing and selling all of her devises that he could steal. While pulling this con on Boom Job, he got her pregnant with Roulette. He is later involved in the kidnapping of Roulette.
