Sandra Rafflethorpe was the sister of Sally Rafflethorpe, who was a survivor of the crash of Oceanic Flight 815. Sandra was living in Lewiston, Idaho at the time of the crash on Palm Avenue. Sally sent her message along with the raft when it set sail and the message was specifically designated for her sister.
