The 1938 Dutch Cup (also known as the Nestor Beker) was the first edition of the tournament. It was contested by six teams, divided into two groups, and won by H.H.IJ.C. Den Haag. The competition was also referred to by some sources (at least in the early rounds) as the P.J. Mulier-Beker.
