Elemental Cluster are materials in Xenoblade Chronicles X. They can be obtained from Oc-servs' spines in Sylvalum, in particular the Tellurium Oc-servs appearing near South Hardheart Canyon, or the Niobium Oc-servs. They can also be redeemed using 54 Reward Tickets. Two are needed for Emotion Commotion.
