Emad Rateb is a deceased Sim buried in the Desert's End cemetery in Al Simhara in The Sims 3: World Adventures expansion pack, his ghost often appears around that zone. He has no traits, and a random Lifetime Wish, so it is probably best not to resurrect him. Emad died of fire.
