Rigglent was an unfortunate water rat in the army of the Marlfoxes. He was one of the Guard Commanders. Rigglent accidentally dropped his shield during a march and was asked by Queen Silth if he had seen the White Ghost. He answered incorrectly and was thrown to the Teeth of the Deeps by Athrak and his magpies under the command of Silth.
