The United Leruki Principalities, sometimes simply called the Principalities or the ULP, is a country located in the middel of the Incos Ocean, sharing sea borders with Rimskin. Established on 2 December 2312, the country is a federation of nine Principalities. Each principality is governed by a hereditary prince who jointly form the Federal Ultimate Council which is the highest legislative and executive body in the country
