The Committee on Human Rights was a special committee of the Solarian League Assembly. After his escape from the prison planet Hades, former Havenite Chief of Naval Operations Amos Parnell was invited to testify before the Committee on the People's Republic of Haven's human rights violations under the rule of Rob S.
