Cow Movie 4 is a movie that was only seen in Runaway Johnny. Johnny overhears it's hilarious, but Hugh claims to him that "it's PG-13 and has bad words". (currtently because it`s for adults) This is what causes Johnny, with Dukey, to run away to Startover City. The only lines from the movie that are heard are "Don't pull his tail!" and "But the Burritos give me my powers ". Also, at the end of each line, a fart can be heard. This is what could've caused the PG-13 rating: language and mild farting. The movie may be a parody of Scary Movie 4.
