Ngane was a male Klingon who lived in the 24th century and a General of the Klingon Defense Force. Ngane commanded the IKS Chak'ta. In 2375, Ngane and his fleet remained loyal to Chancellor Martok during Morjod's coup and planned to combine their fleets. After the Chak'ta was boarded, Ngane was beheaded by Morjod, but his fleet escaped to serve Martok. (DS9 - The Left Hand of Destiny novel: Book Two)
