Oorvad was a male Ousan Centurion of the Order of Keltrayu. He was considered a master of Shien and taught the discipline as a Praetor-Instructor in the Citadel. He succeeded Sato Raltharan as the Order's Shien instructor and taught both Selish Anteran and Vos'elk'eetash, suggesting he was a Praetor from at least 141 ABY. In 151 ABY, Oorvad resigned his post as Shien instructor and was replaced by Sovi Evnairis.
