The Skyheld universe is a science fiction setting created by two friends, Kolo and Phish, for the purposes of an online political simulator and forum-based role-playing game called NationStates , which was created by Max Barry. It's events are set in an alternate timeline of our own universe, and mostly within our own galaxy, renamed The Mutter's Spiral in homage to the popular Doctor Who franchise.
