Your question is not very clear. Please rephrase it so that it is more understandable. From what I can understand of the question: No captain has fought more than one Espada at a time. Mayuri and Byakuya did not use their Shikai while fighting their opponents. Zaraki does have a Shikai (his Zanpakuto is in constant Shikai as stated by himself and Yoruichi). Only Byakuya and Zaraki have (so far) fought more than one Espada.
