Sneaky Staff is a feat available to adventurers with Sneak Attack, and was introduced in the Dragon magazine article "Staff Fighters". The adventurer with this power gains proficiency with the quarterstaff, and may use the benefits of Sneak Attack and your Weapon Finesse class feature when making a weapon attack with a quarterstaff. In addition, the quarterstaff may be used with rogue powers that require a light blade and are not ranged or area powers.[Dr391:48] The power has no special comment from character optimization groups.
