Dreena was a female Ardanan engineer in the 2370s. She was one of the team assigned to assist Fabian Stevens and the Starfleet Corps of Engineers team from the USS da Vinci in keeping the Cloud City of Stratos from crashing to the surface of Ardana. When members of the New Future movement began firing on Stratos, intent on destroying it, Dreena took Commander Sonya Gomez at gunpoint to prevent the Starfleet team from abandoning their mission.
