The Thirst Activator is a treasure found only in the NTSC version of Pikmin 2. It is found on Sublevel 7 of the Subterranean Complex. Bomb Rocks are plentiful in the area and can be used to defeat the Gatling Groink that constantly patrols the sublevel. The player may also choose simply to lure the Groink off the edge of the field into the abyss below to avoid having to deal with the corpse. This treasure is actually a lid to either Treetop brand apple juice or apple sauce. The small text reads:
