John T. Kretchmer is a director. He directed the Buffy the Vampire Slayer episodes "The Harvest" and "School Hard". Apart from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Kretchmer has worked as a director for a number of other cult television shows, including Veronica Mars, Charmed, Dark Angel and Xena: Warrior Princess.
