Dalia was the only settlement on Dalicron-4 and had the planet's only landing facility, a large field that could house up to eight light freighters. It was small, with a population of about 100 people. The village had various facilities, including a tavern, a lumber mill, a general store and a welcome center. The Ithorian doctor Aloor had an office there, while the Rodian Meebo operated a hunting business from a building in the northwest side of the township.
