The Jinghai regiments (Chinese: 靜海軍 Jinghai jun, Vietnamese: Tĩnh Hải quân) was the reconstituted Chinese military protectorate of Annan in northern Vietnam from 866-968 during the Third Chinese domination of Vietnam. The area of the commandery is sometimes referred to as "Circuit" (道 dao) in Jinghai the term Jinghai-jun was used.
