Arista Center Tower is a proposed super skyscraper under construction in the also under construction city of Avaris. When completed in February 2012, it will stand at 3,050 feet tall including its spire. It will out size the Burj Dubai (Khalifa) in height and Liberty Tower in overall interior space square footage.
