Tharzon Brewhammer was a retired adventurer and the owner of the Smoke Wyrm tavern in Ravens Bluff which he ran with his son Kurzen Brewhammer. Prior to the spellplague, Tharzon was an acquaintance of Jack Ravenwild and he was shocked when Jack turned up at his tavern in 1479 DR after escaping his one hundred year imprisonment in the mythal beneath the city. Although he was too old to help Jack with his scheme to recover the Sarkenaegal from Sarbreen, he offered Jack advice and even managed to negotiate a cut of the profits from the venture.
