Holding the rank of Captain, she served as commanding officer of the pod-laying superdreadnought HMS Intransigent. In this position, she was Rear Admiral Alistair McKeon's flag captain, and fought in the Battle of Manticore. It was she who informed Honor Harrington of McKeon's death in the destruction of Intransigent's flag bridge. (HH11)
