High Winds was an Imperial Propaganda holodrama staring Tetran Cowall, a long-time rival of Garik Loran. The drama was about Coruscant tightrope walkers. It often featured the tightrope walkers plummeting to their deaths. It was designed to show people that such uncommon behavior only ever caused trouble.
