Bart Hunter (born October 1, 1959 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a retired Canadian goaltender. He played Tier II Junior "A" for the Spruce Grove Mets and the Fort Saskatchewan Traders from 1975 to 1977. Hunter then played for the Portland Winterhawks in 1977-78 and 1978-79 and the Regina Pats in 1979-80. In 1978-79 he played in the Memorial Cup Tournament for the Brandon Wheat Kings. Undrafted by the NHL, Hunter played three seasons of minor pro hockey before retiring in 1983. He is the son of Bill Hunter, the well-known Western Canadian team owner.
