On January 25, 2010, Jamul hinted that some kind of fortune telling thing was coming, and it arrived on January 26, 2010 fully functional. You can only use the Dumboscope machine once per day, after which it becomes out of order, since there's no need to try again due to Yerfdog's predictions being "100% accurate." Dumboscope also posts the fortune to your Talk Page for future reference and enjoyment.
