Chi Protection was a Mastery 4 martial water kiho that allowed the monk to use atemi strikes at nerveclusters to heal someone. By spending ten minutes applying lightning fast fingertip strikes at the target the flow of water was altered within them and they began to heal. Chi Protection might also be used to end ongoing effects of other atemi strikes, and was one of only two ways of ending the Death Touch kiho. To end the Death Touch kiho the monk must spend a week meditating and performing acupuncture on the victim. If successful the victim stopped taking damage, but continued to heal at a reduced rate until the Death Touch damage had been reversed.
