The Last Laugh Program is a program set up by the Springfield hospital to make their patients happy. Krusty the Clown comes into Abe's hospital room when his kidneys burst. Krusty, unknowing this, tried to make him laugh by saying, "So, how about that hospital food?" and Abe replies with, "I wouldn't know, i'm not aloud to eat." Krusty then checks Abe's chart and replies with, "Well i guess we're both out of time" and sings a couple of lines frrom 'You are so beautiful.'
