Leather Breastplates are chest-covering parts of the Leather armor "set" and will reduce the damage your player-character takes from creatures' attacks. The Leather Breastplate offers 30 defense points. When worn Leather Breastplates will replace the shirt of your player character with a sturdier sleevesless vest. The colors of Leather Breastplates will be adjusted to what you have chosen (and can change anytime) in the character costumization - accessible when starting the game by clicking on the gear-like orange symbol in the top right corner.
