Dominion is a deck-building game created by Donald X. Vaccarino and published by Rio Grande Games. Unlike most collectible card games, the entire card set is self-contained in one box and is meant to be played in a group of up to four. The "Characters" label involves creating versions of the game featuring characters from different franchises. The third such release of this label is "Nippon Ichi All-Stars", featuring characters primarily from the Disgaea series, but from many of Nippon Ichi's other releases as well. The cards feature original art made exclusively for the game, by a host of Nippon Ichi's standard artists such as Harada Takehito, Noizi Ito, and toi8.
