Level 3108 was a level on the city-planet Coruscant. Shortly after the destruction of the planet Alderaan, the fugitives Anandra Milon and Santigo Milon fled from the Galactic Empire to Level 3108 from their home on Level 3204. There, they were meant to receive help from an old friend of their family and meet with their mother. However, their mother never arrived and the friend offered apologies but would not aid them, instead promising that a smuggler on Level 2142 could get the pair offworld.
