In the mirror universe, Valeris was a Vulcan woman recruited by a military cabal to assassinate Spock, the Emperor of the Terran Empire. This cabal consisted of Admiral Lance Cartwright, Colonel Ivan West, Admiral Thomas Morrow, General Quinven of Denobula, and Admirals Robert Bennett and Salliserra zh'Ferro. They were planning to assassinate him by having Valeris infiltrate the Emperor's elite Vulcan Guard as a suicide bomber in 2293. She was to blow herself up with ultritium and take out Emperor Spock, Empress Marlena and most of the modified Imperial Legislature. However, she was killed by Saavik before she could make good on her plans as General Quiniven had been exposed using a captured Klingon mind-sifter. All of the conspirators were executed.
