Ostkrag is a minor city in the south-east of Skandia. It is ruled by jarl Sten Hammerhand, and when he was slow to pay taxes to Oberjarl Ragnak, the Oberjarl sent Jarl Erak collect the money. The only way to get to Ostkrag from Hallasholm is through the Snakes Pass, a narrow pass trough the mountains with a borderpost at its exit. Ostkrag lies at the Teuton of the Alpinan Mountainrange, but is controlled by Skandia.
