The Temporal Oversight Administration was the agency, overseen by the Chief Overseer, of the Regnancy of the Carnelian Throne responsible for time travel issues. In 2381 and 2382, the TOA investigated a change to the Regnancy's history, but decided not to make an attempt to fix the alteration. (DTI novel: Watching the Clock)
