Goblins with Zap Guns were a group or organization that were responsible for the destruction of Vergamin's home town on Place. Not much was known about them; they were believed to be short humanoids with green skin, armed with primitive hand-held blaster weapons. Goblins with Zap Guns have never been encountered anywhere other then on Place; in fact, they have never been encountered outside of Vergamin's recollection of the destruction of his home. From this, one could draw one of three conclusions.
