After Tails does some more upgrades to his X-Tornado, giving it the ability to fly to other planets in the entire universe, he and his friends go on a trip to Planet Pipi, where Princess (er, Queen) Rona lives. And for the second time, Tiff meets Commander Vee in person, only this time in Vee's home planet. Vee gives a tour around Rona's castle, which appears to have the largest rooms the friends have ever seen!
