A Silent Shroom is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a curative item that restore Link's health by refilling half a Heart Container. Link can cook with it to temporarily increase Stealth. Link can find Silent Shrooms at the base of trees in forest areas. At night, they will glow blue making them easier to find.
