Patricia Doris Clark is the daughter of John Clark and Sandra O'Toole, wife of Domingo Chavez, mother of John Conor Chavez, and younger sister of Margaret Clark, who worked as a Doctor. Patricia was named after her father's first wife Patricia Kelly, who was pregnant and killed in the car accident. As of Rainbow Six, she goes by Dr. Chavez professionally.
