Tal K'shir was a city on the Romulan homeworld, Romulus. The outskirts of the settlement were known to be quite beautiful. It was developed in order for the city to have the occcasional garden or grassy area but this was a pale imitation to the vast expanse of green fertile land where crops were grown that stretched to the horizon, far from the city.
