Nairobi, Kenya was the first African stop on Steve Austin's journey to rescue reconaissance information the United States military had obtained about the "new African nation" of Katara. Steve had little experience of the city other than its airport. From Nairobi, Austin immediately went across the border to Mgunda, and from there made a parachute drop into Katara.
